Welcome to

 where healing meets holistic empowerment

At Marina Mae Wellness, we understand that each healing journey is deeply personal, and we're here to honor your unique narrative and needs every step of the way. With a blend of art therapy and yoga psychology, and a commitment to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practices, we offer a safe haven for individuals and families seeking to restore balance and reclaim their innate resilience. Our mission is rooted in the belief that the creative process is inherently healing, and through mindful exploration of the mind-body-spirit connection, we empower you to tap into your inner resources and unlock your true potential.

Reclaim Your Peace

If you’ve been feeling the weight of burnout, grief, or loss—struggling to find your way through a transformational period of your life—you’re not alone. Perhaps you’ve been trying to push through feeling uninspired, lost, or disconnected, longing for clarity, joy, and a sense of purpose, but the answers still feel out of reach.

I see you. I’m so glad you’re here, ready to take this first brave step toward a healing journey that moves beyond fear and surface-level fixes. Using creative and body-based healing modalities within a compassionate therapeutic relationship, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface, rewiring your nervous system to create lasting change, and clearing and strengthening your connection to your body and soul.

This process can be deep, surprising, and full of emotional and transformational moments. You might face challenges and unearth emotions you didn’t know were there, but you’ll also discover ecstatic breakthroughs, new insights, and the possibility of stepping beyond who you think you are. Together, we’ll ground into an authentic version of your identity—one that feels joyful, free, and deeply at home within yourself.

I invite you to express your self, step into your power, and find meaning with every step of our work together, as you create the aligned, empowered future of your dreams.

Individual Art Therapy

(Online or In-Person)

A sacred space for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Through creative expression, you’ll explore your emotions, experiences, and inner world in a way that words alone cannot reach.

Rooted in a holistic approach, our sessions weave together art-making, movement, breath, mindfulness, and psychoeducation—helping you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom while cultivating balance, resilience, and self-trust.

This isn’t about making “perfect” art—it’s about using creativity as a portal to insight, release, and deep self-knowing. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, supporting you in feeling more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self.

No art experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

Group Art Therapy

(Online)

We often carry our struggles in silence, believing we’re alone in them. But healing happens in relationship. In group art therapy, we can be alone together—each moving through our own creative process while held in the warmth of community.

Through art-making, breathwork, movement, and shared reflection, you’ll explore your inner world in a space of deep witnessing and support. You’ll receive psychoeducation, tools, and inspiration, while connecting with others who get it. Groups of 5-8 meet online for 6-8 weeks, offering a steady and intimate container for growth.

You’re invited to share as much or as little as you like—your art, your story, or simply your presence. As you witness and are witnessed, you’ll experience the quiet magic of belonging, resonance, and transformation.

No art experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

Family Art Therapy

(Online or In-Person)

Family art therapy offers a unique and creative space to strengthen the bonds between you and your loved ones. Through collaborative and individual art-making, body-based practices like breathwork and gentle movement, games, and age appropriate psychoeducation, families can explore their dynamics, express emotions, and develop meaningful tools for communication and connection. These sessions provide a safe and nurturing environment to learn about and normalize emotions, practice emotional regulation, navigate challenges together, and create a shared sense of understanding and harmony.

Whether you're facing transitions, conflicts, or simply want to deepen and enhance your family’s connection, art therapy invites each member to show up authentically and grow together, in the hopes of anchoring into balance in the family system.

No art experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart.
