Welcome to
Holistic Healing that Works
At Marina Mae Wellness, healing is approached through the body, creativity, and nervous system science—not just conversation.
Through art therapy, yoga, and trauma-informed somatic practices, Marina supports individuals navigating burnout, life transitions, grief, and trauma to process their experiences and create meaningful change.
This work is anti-oppressive, compassionate, and deeply client-centered, honoring the unique story each person brings.
Marina has a special interest in supporting people who give endlessly to others - team leaders, caregivers, and helping professionals - recover from burnout, regulate their nervous systems, and restore energy through creative and body-based healing practices.
Reclaim Your Peace
If you’ve been feeling the weight of burnout, grief, or loss, or finding yourself in the middle of a transformational period of life, you’re not alone. You may understand your story through talk therapy, yet still feel unsure what to do with the pieces of your experience that live in the body.
In our work together, we move beyond insight alone.
Through art therapy and body-based practices, we gently explore what lives beneath the surface, supporting nervous system restoration and deeper integration of your experiences.
This process can be tender, surprising, and deeply meaningful. Along the way, many people rediscover energy, clarity, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Together, we create space for you to slow down, listen inward, and come home to a life that feels more grounded, alive, and authentically yours.
Individual Art Therapy
(Online or In-Person)
A space for self-discovery, healing, and transformation.
Through art therapy, creative expression becomes a way to explore emotions, experiences, and parts of your inner world that words alone can’t always reach.
Our sessions take a holistic, body-based approach, weaving together art-making, gentle movement, breath, mindfulness, and psychoeducation.
This isn’t about making “good” art—it’s about using creativity as a doorway to insight, release, and deeper self-understanding.
Marina offers individual art therapy sessions for children, families, and adults.

Private & Corporate Yoga
(In-Person - Revelstoke)
Offered one-on-one, for small groups, or in workplace settings, these yoga sessions are tailored to your needs and create space to pause, breathe, and return to the body in the midst of busy lives.
Rooted in yoga psychology, sessions include mindful movement, breathwork, self-inquiry, take-away tools that work, and that support nervous system regulation. Over time, yoga helps release tension, restore energy, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and vitality.
Many people find that as they become more connected to their bodies and breath, they also experience greater clarity, resilience, and emotional steadiness. These benefits ripple outward—supporting not only personal wellbeing, but also more harmonious, creative, and effective homes and workplaces.
